The Beginners Meditation Class will make you a self-sufficient Meditator within four days. You will learn how to let the natural tendency of your mind work in concert with your body to experience the deepest state of awareness achievable by humans. After the training, you will be able to reduce stress with meditation while on the go. You learn to meditate effectively in almost any setting. No prior experience or knowledge is necessary.

ATTEND A FREE MEDITATION INTRO SESSION.
To begin learning, you must first attend an Intro Session, which is an orientation to the technique and course of instruction. These Sessions are free of cost and obligation. Classes will begin the day after the Intro Session and the entire course will take four consecutive days to complete. During this time, you will be required to attend only one 90-minute session per day. Your cost for participating in the course is a contribution determined by you based on a sliding-scale system. All individual questions and concerns will be addressed directly by the instructor at the Intro Session. However, links to general information can be found at the top right of this page.
