FANTASTIC
The Vedic Meditation technique I learned through Light Watkins was fantastic. He made it very easy to learn and enjoy. His explanations were very thorough and easily understandable as well. Vedic Meditation is not religious based so you don't have to do anything but listen, learn, meditate, and feel well! I highly recommend it!

A friend of mine told me about her experience with Light's class and vedic meditation so I though I would give it a try. It's the best decision I've made in while. Light is a great teacher who makes difficult concepts easy to understand...it's a life changer!
LUCID AND INVITING
Meditation has come & gone in my life. But, it is now here to stay. Now, that I finally found my Guru-Light. It is not only the technique that simplifies your efforts. It is Light's style of teaching - lucid & engaging. He helps you to understand what meditation actually entails and exposes the nitty-gritty of the process. So, you are not concerned with those questions when on your own. He not only gives you the recipe; He also guides you through, so when the heat is high, you are well prepared to turn it down. One of my best decisions in life - taking his course.
SEEING THE LIGHT
I have had several "failed attempts" until taking the course with Light. A suggestion from a good friend, I came to the introduction blindly and left feeling like I finally found the method of meditation for me. Light is extremely intuitive and knowledgeable in his approach and I often felt he was speaking solely to me. Everyone I see recently tells me I'm glowing and I seem as if I'm doing very well. Who knew it shows???
A QUIET ANCHOR OF LIFE
Meditation is fast becoming a central part of my daily life. Light was a great teacher. He has real passion and patience and provides a wonderful balance of guidance and self-work. I highly recommend him and have already passed information about the course onto several of my friends.

NO TIME LIKE THE PRESENT
I was introduced to vedic meditation during an extremely busy week for me. I was debating on whether to learn the practice and deprioritize a lot of what was on my schedule or plan to do it during a better time for me. I am SO glad I decided to just go ahead and do it, even though it was not exactly convenient. I since experienced a profound change in myself, I am much more relaxed and clear on my goals and priorities, and I attribute this to my now regular meditation practice. I encourage anyone who is going through the same debate to just take the plunge. You will find its so worth it!

POWERFUL
I highly recommend Light and vedic meditation to anyone, especially those who think they can't meditate, and even those who do. Light is such a gifted teacher. CALM AND INSIGHTFUL

AMAZING TEACHER
As a physician and mother of two young children, I was starting to feel stress taking a toll on my physical well-being. My neck was so tense I was told I needed massages on a regular basis. I decided to look into meditation as a source of stress relief and moved by a desire for spiritual growth. Even with a busy schedule I have not missed a meditation. I never imagined I could make the time for it but Vedic meditation is so simple and yet so powerful. Light is a truly gifted teacher. He has the ability to integrate all this ancient wisdom with a modern lifestyle and make it so logical and effortless. You get support from Light even after the course has ended and he is always available. My neck pain is now gone. Things just do not bother me that much anymore. MEDITATION WITH LIGHT
Learning meditation with Light felt modern and unpretentious. Thankfully, he handles "consciousness" with dexterity and humor. I had presumed this would require a tremendous effort, but the technique is simplicity personified and the results were far greater than I anticipated. A SHIFT OCCURRED
