
Intro to Meditation Sessions are informal talks where you meet the teacher and get more details about the Vedic Meditation practice and course of instruction. These sessions last about an hour and will provide you with extensive information about the meditation technique, the course of instruction, and the benefits. Current research, theoretical issues, and individual concerns will also be addressed. Come with questions and leave feeling more knowledgeable about the practice of meditation. The Basic Course for beginners usually starts the following day. You will be eligible to join the Basic Course only after attending the Intro Session, which is always free of charge and obligation.
